For You
Anxiety support that gets to the root of it
If your mind races, your chest tightens and worry follows you into the night, you are not broken. Together we understand what is driving it and build a steadier way of being.
What you may be experiencing
Anxiety rarely stays in your head. You might notice:
- A tight chest, shallow breath or a racing heart for no clear reason
- Thoughts that loop and speed up, especially late at night
- A quiet voice saying "I can't do this" or "something bad is coming"
- Feeling on edge, restless or unable to switch off
- Avoiding situations, people or decisions to keep the feeling away
Why this happens
Anxiety is a natural response. It is your mind and body trying to keep you safe by scanning for threat and preparing you to act.
It becomes a problem when that response is disproportionate to the situation, stays switched on for too long, and starts to shrink your life rather than protect it.
The good news is that patterns which are learned can be understood, and slowly changed.
Common approaches
Many people find relief through talking therapies such as CBT, lifestyle changes, and mindfulness. These all have their place. What matters is that the approach fits you, rather than a generic script.
